Closes with 2 prongs at front, adjusts size with slide and prong at back. LABEL: Lee Sands Hawaii CONDITION: Good vintage condition, shows some wear. Foil covering to buckle area is a bit smudgy and a few feathers are ruffled. Wear shows around holes and at edges. Not perfect, price reflects. MEASURED: end to end about 30. 5" at shortest about 34. 5" at
