The dress is black with white polka dots. It has a very light v neck and small shoulder pads. There are ties near the hips on both sides that can be tightened to be more form fitting. The dress zips up in the back. This is a midi dress on me, and will likely be a midi dress on someone taller (see measurements). It's in great shape! There is no real sign of
