Nick O Leary Shiraz 2023 tahbilk-wines able to deliver great bodyA Canberra regional blend, consisting of 7 different vineyard parcels. Grapes were hand harvested between 12. 5 and 13. 3 Baume and processed into 3 tonne open fermenters with 30% of Whole bunches, balance whole berries. Matured in 25% new French barriques, balance in seasoned French barriques for 10 months. An elegant fragrance of red fruits, dusted spice and lifted white pepper. The palate brims with dark berry fruits and delivers a silky textured
