In silver gilt, a white enamel cross, the obverse medallion featuring a rampant lion on a red enamel field, reverse plain, measures 49. 88mm (w) x 54. 48mm (h inclusive of integral ring), weighs 42. 2 grams (including ribbon), enamels intact, light gilt wear, in extremely fine condition.
