A Fine Pair Of Prussian 3Rd Regiment, Queen Elisabeth Grenadier Guards Epaulettes Auction Archive reverse inscribed "PRESENTED BY THEDress pair "banjo" style, stiff framed epaulettes with burlap supports forming the undersides, uppers in yellow (gold) raised crescent shaped copper gilded rim enclosing four fire gilt insignias, incorporating a large "E" (Queen Elisabeth) surmounted by a crown and flanked by pips on either side, designing the rank as that of Hauptmann (Captain), the protruding tabs trimmed in a 16 mm wide band of finely braided ribbon fabricated from silvered bullion
